I am a Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist with extensive experience in treating various mental health concerns. I treat a variety of issues (including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, addictions, etc), and celebrate working with people of all ages and from all backgrounds. I am inclusive and celebrate diversity, and have a special interest in gender diversity and neuro-diversity. Overall, I am passionate about facilitating change in the therapeutic process.

I aim to tailor treatment to the specialized needs of every client & use an integrative, psychodynamically informed approach to achieve this (CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR). I am committed to bringing about social change and personal healing with the use of evidence-based practice, providing a pragmatic and straightforward approach to personal and systemic change.

I pride myself on being warm, calm, and non-judgmental, and all my work is grounded in client-centred philosophy. I love what I do and am continually impressed and humbled by a person's capacity for change.

Insurance

Services can be billed directly to some insurance providers or payment can be made at the time of the session and a receipt will be emailed for client to submit for reimbursement.

Individual Psychotherapy

$190 / 50 minute session (virtual or in-person)

*Payment can be made via credit card on the Jane App or through e-transfer.
